Phyl Terry, author of Never Search Alone, will be with us on Monday, February 24 at noon EST to discuss how we can form a support group of peers and cultivate hope, motivation, and accountability together

He’ll share his proven methodology to use what he calls ‘Job Search Councils’ to:

• Determine your candidate-market fit

• Help you network and interview

• Negotiate with employers to set yourself up for success

• Help you find the right job in three months—half the normal time

We’re excited to announce that we’ll then be launching our own Career Pivot Action Teams based on this model this week. Small groups supporting one another through this journey.
