1. Meet with Your Job Search Councils

I trust you are engaging with your Job Search Councils this week. I am excited to meet with mine. I also started reading Never Search Alone—I just got the book last night.

This process of self-reflection and team-based job searching is the most effective way to move from the fear and frustration of a layoff or furlough to constructive job searching.

2. Take Steps 2 & 3 in the Job Search Process

Last week, I took the first step of the 7-step process. It was hard, but it had to be done.
